Economic challenges of cloud computing in Iraqi educational institutions using exploratory analysis

<span>Cloud computing (CC) implementation for educational services is confronting several challenges. Prior research focused on the technological related challenges while few examine economic The purpose of this study to using CC in institutions Iraq. Articles pertaining topics were extracted from main databases. Based review, critical identified. To confirm their relatedness Iraqi context, a questionnaire was developed. A total 204 respondents working as IT professional has participated study. findings showed that mainly infrastructure readiness, internet connection, cost establishing and managing CC. divided into three phases. pre-implementation phase includes selecting service provider deployment well readiness stakeholders, training, readiness. maintaining bandwidth, compatibility, legacy system, reliability, availability, connectivity, management. post-implementation security, privacy, quality education, switching cost, lock-in. most all phases are management discussed limitations direction future works given. </span>
